I am so excited to be a part of the Soul Friends Community!! We have so much potential as a group to share our passion and wisdom with each other and the community.  As a Holistic/Integrative Nurse Consultant, Health, Life and Wellness Coach, Traditional Naturopath and Reiki Master, my passion is helping people “feel better fast”.    My passion for wellness has developed in 2 phases. The first phase was  20 years ago when my immune system  shut down, due to burn out from working as an inner city emergency department nurse.  I learned that by making simple changes in my daily choices, my immune system greatly improved, even when doctors had no options to offer.  The second phase was 6 years ago after the death of my mom, my best friend. I was paralyzed by grief, had 2 small children and could barely function on a daily basis due to severe depression. Over the course of 3 years, after working with several holistic practitioners, my grief lifted.   I learned that I am a highly sensitive person and I needed to develop self-love and energetic boundaries.  Nancy’s skills were instrumental in enhancing my healing journey.  Reflecting back, I  realize  I had to go through these challenging times personally  so that I would be a better coach and healer.
